Job Responsibility:

Assisting with Contract Administration duties across diverse projects
Supporting and advising on Party Wall Matters
Managing Dilapidations and related assessments
Conducting Building Surveys, with a focus on pathology and defects diagnosis
Preparing Licences to Alter and Schedules of Condition
Gaining hands-on exposure to Expert Witness assignments

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
A strong desire to work towards APC accreditation and excel in the profession
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A keen eye for detail and a passion for building surveying
A collaborative mindset, ready to contribute to various projects
