Job Description:

The Assistant Finance Manager (AFM) – Group Finance plays a pivotal role in supporting the Deputy Vice President of Finance (Group) in overseeing key financial operations at the national level. This position is instrumental in ensuring prompt and precise reporting, enhancing intercompany reconciliations, and upholding compliance with investor reporting obligations throughout the organization.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee monthly financial closing, operations, accounting, reporting, and compliance activities
Guarantee the timely and accurate preparation and review of month-end closures, management reports, and essential financial deliverables
Conduct monthly reconciliations of intercompany balances
Act as the primary contact for investor reporting
Aid in standardizing and improving efficiency in financial processes across all entities
Assist in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis at the Group level

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree
experience in financial operations
knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
ability to oversee monthly financial closing
experience in intercompany balance reconciliation
investor reporting experience
financial process enhancement skills
