Job Description:

The Group Housing Catcher at Wailea Beach Resort - Marriott Maui processes reservation requests, ensures accuracy in room blocks, and provides exceptional guest service. The role involves following company policies, maintaining professionalism, and supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations
Identify guest reservation needs
Verify room type and rate availability
Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies
Accommodate and document special requests
Answer questions about property facilities/services
Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
Communicate VIP reservation information
Input and access data in reservation system
Oversee accuracy of room blocks and reservations
Input group rooming lists
Set-up proper billing accounts

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
