Job Description:

Preventive Maintenance of Assembly Equipment's - Filling equipment's [Oil,AC,LLC,etc] Body lifters, nut runners (atlas copco), bush press machines, Laser number punching, Friction drive systems, Sealer robots (Kawasaki), Line conveyors. Able to work on Function Line Equipments - Brake, Drum, Alignment, Shower. Able to carryout caliberation of Function Line equipments. Able to understand & work on Vehicle Data transfer [upstream / downstream]. Able to carryout parts replacement - motor, drives, inverters, PLC, bearings, Gearbox. Able to troubleshoot - Brake oil filling / LLC filling / CNG filling / Fuel Filling, etc.

Job Responsibility:

Line Management
Willingness to work in the conveyor line, shift & flexible
Able to manage day to day operations & manage outcomes
Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed to ensure efficiency
Ensure compliance adhering to company policies & procedures
Team Leadership and Supervision
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of team members(TM's) to achieve production goals
Foster a positive work environment
