Job Description:

Enhance the overall company performance focused on increasing market penetration through organic channels. Define and establish new growth strategies to improve key business metrics. Take full ownership of decisions made in your business line. Lead a cross-functional squad of 4+ people. Work with people and projects across all different markets and teams, in a big international atmosphere.

Requirements:

+6 years of experience in an analytics & business role
proven experience in building trust to lead teams or key projects effectively
experience in demand generation through search engines is a plus
familiarity with marketplaces
bachelor's in engineering or a background in maths, statistics, data analytics, or strategy
data-driven person
excellent interpersonal skills
advanced English speaker
proactive problem-solver
