Pier One Sydney Harbour is seeking a Guest Experience Expert - Porter to join their team. The role involves delivering exceptional service to guests, handling operational tasks, and ensuring a memorable stay. The hotel offers a luxurious experience and values personality and style over standard scripts. The position is part-time and located under the iconic Sydney Harbor Bridge.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Assist with guest requests and luggage
Handle cash
Maintain confidentiality
Drive the Marriott Bonvoy Members program

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
Open-minded personality
Ability to think outside the box
