Job Description:

Our Guest Experience Experts build memorable and unique stays for guests, delivering personalized services and ensuring smooth operations at various stages of their stay. This role requires a proactive approach to delivering exceptional guest experiences while upholding company policies, ensuring safety, and maintaining a professional atmosphere.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their entire stay
Process operational needs and address guest requests
Complete reports and share highlights of the local area
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
Ensure a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
Maintain professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communication
Physically manage tasks like moving, lifting, carrying, and placing objects of specific weights.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None (License or Certification).
