Guest Experience Experts at Four Points by Sheraton Boracay are responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. They handle a variety of tasks, from check-in and check-out to addressing guest requests and ensuring smooth operations. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
Maintain professional appearance and communication
Ensure safety and uphold quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
