Guest Service Agents at Four Points by Sheraton Bangkok Sukhumvit 22 are responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. They handle check-in and check-out processes, address guest requests, and assist with luggage. The role requires physical activity, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects. Job Responsibility:

Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their stay
Process operational needs
Address guest requests
Complete reports
Share highlights of the local area
Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
