Job Description:
Key Responsibilities: Minimum of 10-15 years of handling HR function in the relevant software consulting business; Ability to recruit fast as per timelines, both mass (technical & engineering) as well as executive positions in the Company; Good experience in the formulation of HR Policies and their implementation, monitoring and evaluation; Designing the compensation policies as per industry benchmarking standards as well as group guidelines; Setting up the KPI's of the managers and other staff in discussions with the management team; Ability to execute other administrative functions aligned with HR; Setting up of time and attendance functions both in Company and Client's level monitoring for pay outs based on no. Of hours of login; Taking steps to improve upon the climate and culture of the organization in tune with the corporate guideline's and management's objective; Experience in employee Stock options plan and compensation
