Job Description:

The Head of Enterprise and Technology will lead academic excellence and continuous improvement at an International School in Ain Khalid Campus, Doha, Qatar. This role involves fostering faculty growth, promoting innovative teaching practices, ensuring high student outcomes, and driving departmental development.

Job Responsibility:

Design, implement, and review curriculum
promote innovative teaching strategies
ensure high standards within the faculty
provide expert guidance to teachers
foster collaborative culture
support implementation of educational strategies
oversee assessments and data analysis
monitor teaching and learning
conduct observations and reviews
develop departmental improvement plans
support faculty's professional development goals
maintain communication within faculty and across the school
enforce school policies
celebrate student achievements
engage with parents on progress and curriculum updates
manage budget
oversee procurement and resource maintenance

Requirements:

PGCE
BEd
equivalent teaching qualification
demonstrated success in a leadership role
proven ability to lead and implement change
effective in managing resources and personnel
strong knowledge of curriculum and assessment frameworks
proficiency in data analysis
excellent communication skills
effective organisational skills

Nice to have:

Master's degree in Education or related field
advanced leadership training
qualifications such as NPQSL
