Job Responsibility:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for the MYP program
Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment
Manage and mentor a team of dedicated MYP teachers
Collaborate with school leadership to ensure alignment with the school's overall vision
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development
Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community
Requirements:
Previous experience heading an MYP department
Full School IB experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the MYP (Middle Years Program)
Degree in Education or equivalent, with relevant training/certifications/diplomas in education
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with embassies and the expat community
