Head of Performance Marketing who has successfully scaled a D2C brand (preferably in food & beverage) using cutting-edge marketing strategies. The ideal candidate has deep experience with Meta, Google Ads, and other paid acquisition channels, understands customer acquisition & retention, and is well-versed in the latest marketing tech stack
Job Responsibility:
Growth Strategy: Build and execute high-ROI acquisition & retention marketing strategies across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic advertising, and influencer collaborations
MarTech & Analytics: Utilize tools like Triple Whale, GA4, Mixpanel, Segment, Amplitude, and Clevertap/moengage for campaign analytics and optimization
CRO & Retention: Work closely with product & tech teams to enhance conversion rates, optimize landing pages, and drive repeat purchases via CRM and email automation
Performance Budgeting: Manage multi-crore ad budgets, optimize CAC:LTV ratio, and scale efficiently
Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor a team of performance marketers, analysts, and marketing automation specialists
Requirements:
Experience in growth marketing for a D2C brand (preferably food or FMCG)
Proven expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Programmatic Advertising
Strong grasp of SEO, paid search, display advertising, influencer marketing, and affiliate partnerships
Hands-on experience with marketing automation & AI-powered ad tools
Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach
