Job Description:

Join a Legal 500 law firm as Head of Residential Property Solicitor, leading a dynamic team and overseeing all aspects of residential property transactions in Berkshire.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage the residential property department
oversee residential property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and mortgages
provide expert advice to clients
manage and mentor solicitors and support staff
develop departmental strategies to enhance client satisfaction
ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
handle escalated client matters
foster teamwork and professional development.

Requirements:

Expertise in residential property law including conveyancing, leasehold matters, and property transactions
strong leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of solicitors and support staff
knowledge of regulatory requirements in residential property law
ability to handle escalated client matters efficiently
ability to develop and implement departmental strategies.

Nice to have:
