Job Description:

A Head of Residential Property is wanted for a fantastic opportunity near Lichfield with an ambitious and dynamic regional law firm. Salary is upwards of £45K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. The successful candidate will head up the department while managing a caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.

Job Responsibility:

Heading up the property law department
Managing a full and varied caseload of sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions from start to finish.

Requirements:

Technically strong Residential Property Solicitor
At least 5 years experience managing a caseload from start to finish.
