Job Description:

The Head of Metal Stamping is responsible for leading and optimizing the metal stamping department, ensuring high-quality output, operational efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. You will oversee stamping operations, manage tooling and die maintenance, and drive process improvements to enhance production performance. Working closely with engineering, quality, and production teams, you will play a key role in developing cost-effective stamping solutions while maintaining strict quality control measures. Additionally, you will be responsible for workforce management, training, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and minimize waste.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and oversee metal stamping operations to meet production and quality targets
Optimize stamping processes, tooling, and die maintenance
Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce defects
Work closely with engineering to develop stamping solutions for new products
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality control requirements
Lead, train, and develop stamping teams for skill enhancement
Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance to prevent downtime
Ensure safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in stamping operations

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles
Proficiency in Mandarin as this role requires to serve a lot of Mandarin-speaking clients
