Job Description:

Cogoport is currently expanding globally, and we are looking to hire a Head of Supply to help launch & grow our business in Thailand. Reporting to the Country Director, the high-calibre candidate will be responsible for growing supply partnerships, working with them closely to grow the business

Job Responsibility:

Identify & farm strategic partnerships with supply partners - managing relationships to ensure a win – win situation for both Cogoport & Supply partners
work with supply partners to ensure the best pricing & experience for our customers
Identify the strategic aspiration & concerns of our supply partners and figure out how Cogoport can work with them to solve for these aspirations
build a strong team of managers & associates and set a strong culture of ownership, problem solving & customer centricity within the organisation
set up best practices across the organisation based on industry standards & other country operations while at the same time capturing local nuances to ensure the best-in-class experience for both consumers & supply partners

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in logistics & supply chain industry or strong knowledge about the industry
prior experience of managing teams with ability to inspire & set a strong culture of belonging & ownership
strong entrepreneurial mindset & self-starter
