Job Description:

A leading global Broker-Dealer & Capital Markets firm seeks a Head of Treasury to oversee capital and liquidity management while developing treasury functions across a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee capital strategy, liquidity resources, and regulatory compliance
Work with Repo and Fixed Income teams on cash flow optimization
Ensure capital forecasting aligns with regulatory frameworks
Identify capital optimization opportunities and evaluate financial instruments
Manage banking partnerships and capital products

Requirements:

12+ years of treasury experience at a Broker-Dealer, Prime Brokerage, Capital Markets, or Swap Dealer firm
CPA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CFA certification highly preferred
Proven ability to manage and scale balance sheet growth
Expertise in Fixed Income, Repos, Liquidity & Capital Management, Clearing, and Opex

Nice to have:

CPA, Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or CFA certification highly preferred
