Job Description:

Underwrite new and renewal businesses, ensuring adherence to compliance standards and promoting profitable growth. Coordinate annual reinsurance treaties and develop effective pricing strategies. Review and update underwriting manuals, policies, and reinsurance strategies as needed. Enhance and develop products by revising policy terms and conditions and implementing new online and offline solutions. Supervise modifications to online sales systems, premium calculations, and methods for policy issuance. Collaborate closely with internal departments to address business development and underwriting issues while effectively responding to inquiries from the Insurance Authority. Prepare comprehensive business plans aimed at achieving production and quality targets.

Requirements:

Diploma holder or above
Over 12 years of experience in underwriting
Comprehensive expertise in the local general insurance market, coupled with extensive knowledge of the broader general insurance industry
Fluent in English, Cantonese, Mandarin
