Job Description:

Randstad is seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join the Acute Mental Health Service at the CNTW NHS Foundation Trust. This is a critical role, and we are actively seeking exceptional individuals. Make a tangible difference in the lives of others; we need your expertise immediately.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver exceptional, patient-centered care
Collaborate effectively with nurses and the multidisciplinary team
Maintain meticulous and accurate patient records
Assist with medication administration (as directed by qualified personnel)
Adhere strictly to Trust policies and procedures

Requirements:

GCSEs (minimum 5 A*-C grades, including Maths and English)
NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
Proven experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges
Comprehensive understanding of mental health issues and appropriate interventions
Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality care
BCG, MMR, and Hepatitis B vaccinations are required

Nice to have:

Care Certificate
Minimum 6 months NHS experience as an HCA
