Job Description:

We are in search of a Connection Specialist to become a part of our team in the healthcare industry, based in Phoenix, Arizona 85013. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for our internal and external callers, ensuring a smooth and efficient communication process. You will be tasked with handling a high volume of calls, maintaining the utmost confidentiality and professionalism at all times. This role also offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

Efficiently handle inbound calls
Utilize multi-line switchboard systems
Maintain proficiency in telecommunications hardware and software
Respond to emergency alarms and codes
Make emergency announcements
Adhere to confidentiality rules
Provide exceptional customer service
Understand patient cultures
Contribute to building a new Contact Center

Requirements:

Proficiency in operating a multi-line switchboard
Excellent customer service skills
Experience in handling inbound calls
Knowledge of healthcare industry terminology and procedures
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail

Nice to have:

Experience within the NHS
