Handling complex matters including the Mental Capacity Act 2005, Best Interests and Court of Protection welfare cases, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, Mental Health Act, and NHS Continuing Care/Responsible Commissioner issues
involvement in inquiry work

Requirements:

7+ years PQE with hands-on experience in welfare applications under the Mental Capacity Act 2005
