Job Description:

We are offering a Contract-to-Hire employment opportunity for a Help Desk Analyst I, based in Midland, Texas. This role involves serving as a key point of contact between employees and the IT department, providing high-quality support, and handling assigned IT projects.

Job Responsibility:

Act as the primary support for all IT-related queries
Troubleshoot and provide support for a variety of devices
Monitor the Help Desk website to respond to support tickets
Ensure exceptional support is provided to all employees
Escalate complex or advanced issues to a superior
Configure new systems and equip them with necessary software
Support a range of desktop applications
Provide support for systems running Windows OS and Mac OS
Troubleshoot and provide support for various communication devices
Communicate all requirements and needs to the IT Director

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Familiarity with Cisco Technologies
Experience with Citrix Technologies
Ability to work with Mac Computers
Knowledge of Microsoft software and tools
Proficiency in using Active Directory
Experience with Apple Devices
Understanding of Computer Hardware
Skills in Configuration Management
Experience in system Deployments

Nice to have:
