Job Description:

The primary role of the Help Desk Analyst I is to provide on-site technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing technology systems. This role involves working closely with the manufacturing team to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.

Job Responsibility:

Provide in-depth technical support for all manufacturing-related IT systems, including hardware, software, and network issues
Handle the installation and configuration of new equipment and software in the manufacturing environment
Collaborate with the manufacturing team to comprehend their IT requirements and deliver efficient solutions
Carry out regular system maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to maintain the efficiency of manufacturing operations
Maintain accurate records of system configurations, maintenance activities, and technical issues
Offer training and support to manufacturing staff on the use of IT systems and equipment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Must have experience with Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Ability to troubleshoot and maintain Mac Computers
Knowledge of various Microsoft products and systems
Experience with Active Directory
Capable of handling Apple Devices and addressing their issues
Strong understanding of Computer Hardware
Expertise in Configuration Management
Experience in managing and executing Deployments
