Job Description:

We are in search of a Help Desk Analyst II to join our team in the Defense Service industry based in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will be tasked with the responsibility of handling escalated support tickets, offering expert-level support for Microsoft Office 365 applications, and managing endpoint security. This role also involves the administration and troubleshooting of Barracuda security solutions, diagnosing complex hardware and software issues, and providing both remote and on-site support to end-users.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle and resolve escalated support tickets within established guidelines, making use of the ConnectWise ticketing system for tracking and documentation
  • Offer expert-level support for various Microsoft Office 365 applications, including but not limited to email, Teams, and related services
  • Administer and troubleshoot Barracuda security solutions, including email filtering and network security devices
  • Oversee and maintain endpoint security using SentinelOne, encompassing threat detection, analysis, and remediation
  • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues, escalating to Level 3 support as necessary
  • Provide remote and on-site support to end-users, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Document troubleshooting steps and solutions in the knowledge base to improve efficiency and reduce future incidents

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the Defense Service industry
  • Proficiency in Android Development
  • Solid understanding and experience with Cisco Technologies
  • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues on Mac Computers
  • Proficient in popular applications and Active Directory
  • Experience in supporting Apple Devices
  • Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware
  • Experience in Configuration Management
  • Proven track record in managing Deployments
  • Proficiency in using ConnectWise
  • Familiarity with popular Office 365
  • Experience with Barracuda
  • Working knowledge of Azure Sentinel
