Job Description:

We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a diligent Help Desk Analyst II in the bustling city of Jacksonville, Florida. As an integral part of our team, you will mainly focus on providing technical support, addressing and resolving issues, and managing user accounts across various IT platforms. You will also be expected to perform system updates and work closely with senior staff members when necessary.

Job Responsibility:

Effectively monitor and respond to helpdesk emails, phone calls, and ticketing system requests
Handle incidents and service requests
Investigate, diagnose, document, and resolve technical issues
Administer user accounts on several IT platforms
Conduct configuration changes, updates, and system or application upgrades
Deploy, set up, and provide support for desktops, laptops, VoIP, Unified Communication, Video Conferencing, and other technologies
Participate in off-hours On-Call rotation
Undertake other relevant duties and projects as assigned
Occasionally travel to support offices within the region

Requirements:

Proficiency in Android Development
Demonstrable experience with Cisco Technologies
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Ability to work with Mac Computers
Proficient in Microsoft products and software
Experience in handling Apple Devices
Knowledge of Configuration Management
Experience in Deployments
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Experience with Active Directory
