Job Description:

The selected candidate will be an integral part of our team, focusing on providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking systems. The role emphasizes maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services.

Job Responsibility:

Provide hands-on technical support
Offer desktop and remote support for Windows, Office365, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications
Handle installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers, peripherals, and audio-visual equipment
Ensure smooth operation of video conferencing systems
Perform basic network troubleshooting
Assist in basic system administration tasks
Collaborate with vendors
Develop and maintain IT documentation, training materials, and knowledge base articles
Support and maintain audio-visual technologies

Requirements:

Proficient knowledge and experience in O 365
Demonstrated skills in Audio Video technologies
Must possess working knowledge of Active Directory
Basic Network Troubleshooting skills
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong customer service orientation
ITIL certification is preferred
