The primary responsibility will be to provide basic support and maintenance within the Information Technology department. This includes, but is not limited to, support of the following: printer/copiers, equipment maintenance and service, storage room maintenance, desk setups and A/V support. Other responsibilities may include basic laptop troubleshooting and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
Provide a high level of customer service
Set up and support video conference and telecommunications systems
Provide A/V support for special office events
Maintain desk setups
Assist staff with missing or malfunctioning desk equipment
Maintain Asset Management database
Coordinate repair and return of damaged laptops
Printer support
Manage storage room inventory
Coordinate asset disposal
Coordinate IT courier services
Assist staff on use of office equipment
Provide basic IT troubleshooting
