Job Description:

The role involves assisting our team by managing customer support inquiries, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and maintaining an organized work environment. It provides a short term contract employment opportunity in the IT industry.

Job Responsibility:

Provide assistance to the end users
Handle the setup of new PCs
Oversee basic network troubleshooting
Offer customer service support primarily through video calls and phone
Work in a fast-paced, close-knit team environment
Support iOS and Android devices
Manage assets
Perform tasks related to Active Directory
Ensure accurate documentation of all tasks and solutions
Utilize skills in Apple Macintosh, Microsoft Windows 10, and basic network troubleshooting

Requirements:

Proficiency in Apple Macintosh operating systems
Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Windows 10
Basic Network Troubleshooting skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiarity with help desk software and remote access systems
Ability to work in a team
Willingness to work in shifts and be available for on-call duties
Continuous learning mindset
