We are seeking a proficient Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the Information Technology sector. In this position, you will be responsible for handling client requests, managing accounts, and resolving issues. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.
Job Responsibility:
Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, including password resets, account maintenance, and software installations
Handle additions, moves, and changes for new employees and terminations
Install printers and software, ensuring optimal functionality
Grant access rights to shared folders and domain groups as needed
Troubleshoot a variety of software issues including operating system, SAP, Microsoft Office, Citrix, and browsers
Provide remote support using tools such as LANDesk, Zoom, and Remote Desktop
Resolve issues related to Google email and Cisco VPN Client/Secure Auth OTP
Maintain knowledge of M365 Environment including Email, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved
Requirements:
