Job Description:

We are seeking a proficient Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in the Information Technology sector. In this position, you will be responsible for handling client requests, managing accounts, and resolving issues. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Job Responsibility:

  • Process customer requests efficiently and accurately, including password resets, account maintenance, and software installations
  • Handle additions, moves, and changes for new employees and terminations
  • Install printers and software, ensuring optimal functionality
  • Grant access rights to shared folders and domain groups as needed
  • Troubleshoot a variety of software issues including operating system, SAP, Microsoft Office, Citrix, and browsers
  • Provide remote support using tools such as LANDesk, Zoom, and Remote Desktop
  • Resolve issues related to Google email and Cisco VPN Client/Secure Auth OTP
  • Maintain knowledge of M365 Environment including Email, Teams, SharePoint, and One Drive
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and issues resolved

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Active Directory management
  • Knowledge of Computer Hardware
  • Experience with Configuration Management
  • Deskside Support skills
  • Understanding of Desktop Hardware
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems
