Job Description:

Passionate role supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in a collaborative and nurturing environment, focused on creating a positive learning environment and delivering inspiring art lessons.

Job Responsibility:

Planning and delivering inspiring art lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities
encouraging creativity, self-expression, and a love of art in students
providing tailored support to students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis
assisting teachers in delivering lessons, managing behaviour, and assessing progress
planning and delivering differentiated lessons across a range of subjects
collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to implement learning plans

Requirements:

QTS Qualified or Teaching Assistant Qualification
passsion for working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
patient, understanding, and empathetic
warm and nurturing approach
excellent communication and interpersonal skills
relevant qualifications and experience
