A thriving business and real estate law firm is seeking an HOA Transactional Attorney to join its team! The firm has a supportive, collaborative environment and offers a path to partnership. Job Responsibility:

Client interaction
General corporate governance – reviewing and interpreting documents and providing guidance
Drafting policies, rules, and new sets of CC&Rs
Contract review and negotiation
Architectural guidelines

Requirements:

1-2 years of transactional experience or 1+ year of HOA experience
JD from an ABA-accredited law school
CA Bar license
