Job Description:

We are looking for dedicated Home Care Workers to support clients in their homes with daily activities, personal care, cleaning, and transport to appointments or shopping. Lookign for Home Carers in Colac and Warrnambool.

Job Responsibility:

Assisting clients with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Helping with light household cleaning and meal preparation
Providing companionship and emotional support
Transporting clients to doctor’s appointments, shopping, and social outings
Supporting mobility and exercise routines

Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and full comprehensive car insurance
Must have NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR certification required
Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability Support, or Individual Support
Must be available at least 3 days per week
Must have full Australian working rights – No sponsorship available
Must already be onshore in Australia
