With a reputation for excellence in Nursing, Dementia, Residential, and Respite care, our home is more than just a place of care - it's a thriving community where residents feel valued and supported. Now, we're searching for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to lead our dedicated team and take our care home to the next level.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the dedicated team
Drive occupancy and improve fees
Build rapport with local healthcare agencies, community, and professionals
Embed the highest standards of care

Requirements:

A proactive, analytical, and creative leader, who can positively influence their team
Hiring and building a dedicated and committed team
Strong working history driving occupancy / Improving fees
Clinical qualification is desirable – Proven track record of leading a clinical team is essential
Building a strong rapport with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals
Embedding the highest standards of care
