Job Description:

The Hotel Manager functions as the strategic business leader of property operations and acts as General Manager in his/her absence. The role involves developing and implementing property-wide strategies, ensuring operations meet the brand’s target customer needs, and focusing on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance. The position requires a strong background in management operations, sales, and marketing, and involves leading property operations teams and managing human resources activities.

Job Responsibility:

Functions as the strategic business leader of property operations
Acts as General Manager in his/her absence
Develops and implements property-wide strategies
Ensures operations meet the brand’s target customer needs
Focuses on growing revenues and maximizing financial performance
Manages profitability and departmental budgets
Leads property operations teams
Manages and conducts human resources activities

Requirements:

2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
8 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major
6 years’ experience in the management operations, sales and marketing, or related professional area
