Job Description:

We’re a leading logistics company specializing in the transportation of auto parts via truck, air, and ocean. We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Hours of Service (HOS) Administrator to ensure our drivers stay compliant with FMCSA and international HOS regulations while maximizing efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

Track and audit driver logs to ensure compliance with HOS regulations
Identify and address any violations, such as exceeding driving limits or missing rest breaks
Manage and troubleshoot Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) to ensure smooth operation
Train drivers and dispatch teams on HOS rules, compliance, and best practices
Prepare reports for internal audits and DOT inspections
Work closely with dispatch and operations to optimize routes while staying within legal limits

Requirements:

Bilingual (English & Spanish) – REQUIRED
Experience in transportation compliance, logistics, or a similar role (preferred)
Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations and ELD systems
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams
