Job Description:

Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a Housekeeping Intern to join a team made of modern and authentic hospitality professionals in the newest luxury lifestyle hotel in Milan. The intern will support daily operations and quality control, focusing on coordinating housekeeping activities, inspecting guest rooms, reporting maintenance issues, managing laundry operations, and collaborating with various departments to ensure smooth operations.

Job Responsibility:

Support in coordinating daily housekeeping activities and room assignments
Assist in inspecting guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
Report maintenance issues or missing/damaged property to Engineering and Security
Help update room status and communicate discrepancies with the Front Desk
Assist in managing laundry operations and inventory of cleaning supplies
Collaborate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Front Office to ensure smooth operations
Contribute to maintaining high cleanliness and service standards

Requirements:

Strong passion for the hospitality industry and attention to detail
A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-first attitude
Positive outlook and outgoing personality
Flexibility, problem-solving skills and multi-tasking ability
