Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Floor Supervisor to join our housekeeping team. He/she is responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness of the entire hotel including guest rooms, public & back of house areas. A floor supervisor has training, coaching and supervising responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Supervising and coaching the Room Attendants team to ensure their daily duties are completed
Ensuring all accommodation areas of the hotel are cleaned to the required hotel and company standards
Maintaining the standard of all equipment used by the team and ensuring repairs are dealt with promptly
Implement and action on Housekeeping SOP’S and Daily Standards
Ensure that all guest requests are carried out in a timely manner

Requirements:

A commitment to delivering high levels of guest service and cleanliness
An exceptional level of attention to detail
A good command of the English language due to guest interaction, notions of French and/or Dutch are a plus
Able to walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift
to move, lift, carry, push objects without assistance
to reach overhead and below knees
The enthusiasm to be part of a team
Secondary School Hotel Management or Bachelor of Hotel Management degree

Nice to have:

Notions of French and/or Dutch

What we offer:

An allowance of 350€/month for Belgian students - 750€/month for abroad students
A uniform is furnished by the hotel
Meals during working hours
Transportation from the hotel to the residence in Belgium
