Job Description:

We’re looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee our housekeeping operations and lead a team committed to excellence in housekeeping. You’ll play a crucial role in upholding the cleanliness and overall atmosphere of our care home. You’ll have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of housekeeping are met, directly contributing to a pleasant and well-maintained environment for residents.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee housekeeping operations
Lead a dedicated team
Maintain cleanliness and atmosphere of the care home

Requirements:

Supervise and lead housekeeping team
Train and evaluate new employees
Schedule and delegate cleaning tasks
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies
Inspect rooms and common areas for cleanliness
Handle complaints from residents and staff
Enforce safety and sanitation procedures
Liaise with other departments
Manage housekeeping budget
Communicate with management
