Job Description:

A well-established UK law firm that is recommended within the Legal500 and Chambers & Partners is seeking a Housing Litigation Lawyer (1-5 years PQE) to join its growing team. The role involves managing a caseload of housing litigation matters, including injunctions, possession claims, disrepair cases, and non-contentious policy advice. The team you will be joining in ranked as a Tier 1 team and is leading within the Housing Market.

Job Responsibility:

Handling a caseload of housing litigation matters
Assisting partners on complex cases
Managing client relationships and expectations
Supervising junior staff as appropriate
Contributing to business development and training initiatives

Requirements:

1-5 years PQE in housing management/litigation
Strong case management and organizational skills
Excellent communication and commercial awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
