Job Description:

My client is a renowned London Law firm that has been at the forefront of Housing law for over 60 years, seeking an experienced Housing Solicitor to join their busy team.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in handling a diverse range of Housing-related casework, including homelessness, possession, injunction, and unlawful eviction proceedings, as well as leasehold disputes and Rent Repayment Disputes
Thorough understanding of the legal aid system and a dedication to providing access to justice for all
Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to empathetically engage with vulnerable clients
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and experience in legal case management systems
A genuine passion for advocating for the rights of those in need and a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of your clients
Qualified Solicitor or Caseworker with a proven track record in Housing law
Demonstrated expertise in navigating the complexities of the legal system and achieving successful outcomes for clients
Commitment to ongoing professional development and a desire to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving field of Housing law
