Job Description:

A well-established garment manufacturer is seeking an experienced and strategic HR & Admin Manager to take full ownership of the Cambodia factory’s HR operations, leading a team of 20. This is a high-impact role that requires cross-regional coordination, people leadership, and deep understanding of HR in a manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage a team of 20 in overseeing all HR and administration functions in Cambodia
Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
Act as a key liaison between Cambodia, China, and Hong Kong HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency
Provide coaching and professional advice to factory management and department heads on HR matters
Oversee payroll, compensation & benefits, performance management, and attendance systems
Continuously review, enhance, and implement HR systems, policies, and best practices to support business growth

Requirements:

University graduate with minimum 5 years’ experience in HR & admin within garment manufacturing or similar industries
Strong leadership skills with proven experience managing factory HR teams
Solid understanding of Cambodia labor laws and HR practices
Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Organized, analytical, and a collaborative team player with problem-solving abilities
Must be willing to relocate and station full-time in Cambodia
