They are currently looking for a HR & Admin Manager to join their team in response to their growth. Reporting to the HR Director, you will be leading a team of 3. Responsibilities include talent planning and recruitment, employee development, performance and succession management, employee relations and HR compliance, and compensation and benefits.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze talent needs based on business goals
manage recruitment plans and oversee hiring for overseas operations
provide training and career development plans
conduct competency assessments
support team engagement, communication, and motivation
assist in setting departmental performance goals
conduct appraisals
ensure effective performance management and succession planning
handle workplace issues such as grievances and disciplinary matters
ensure HR policies comply with local regulations
develop competitive pay structures
implement salary processes
optimize performance management systems.
Requirements:
At least 8 years of relevant experience
excellent interpersonal skills
ability to facilitate organisational changes
ability to motivate others to effect changes efficiently
