Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in HR and administration within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with day-to-day HR administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee records and update databases
  • Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide timely responses
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Prepare HR documents and reports as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR or administration is preferred
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
