We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the administrative backbone of HR functions. You will play a key role in maintaining personnel records, facilitating HR processes, and assisting the team in driving an excellent employee experience.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes
process employment-related documentation, such as contracts, background checks, and new hire paperwork
support benefits administration by coordinating enrollment, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining records
help schedule and organize training sessions, team meetings, and employee engagement events
maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
support payroll functions by organizing timekeeping records and other necessary information for payroll submission
provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, reporting, and document management
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
previous experience in an HR administrative or office support role preferred
proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
effective communication skills, both written and verbal
ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
