Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Human Resources department. This role is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about the administrative backbone of HR functions. You will play a key role in maintaining personnel records, facilitating HR processes, and assisting the team in driving an excellent employee experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • assist with recruitment tasks, including posting job openings, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes
  • process employment-related documentation, such as contracts, background checks, and new hire paperwork
  • support benefits administration by coordinating enrollment, responding to employee inquiries, and maintaining records
  • help schedule and organize training sessions, team meetings, and employee engagement events
  • maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • support payroll functions by organizing timekeeping records and other necessary information for payroll submission
  • provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed, including data entry, reporting, and document management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
  • previous experience in an HR administrative or office support role preferred
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is a plus
  • strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • ability to prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • high level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential matters with integrity
