Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR administration? Our client is seeking a talented HR Administrator to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional administrative support, this is the role for you.

Job Responsibility:

Assist with absence management and support long-term absence cases
Support the onboarding process for new staff
Promote employee well-being and facilitate referrals when necessary
Post job openings, assisting in interviews, conducting necessary checks and onboarding
Maintain and update the HR system. Learning to pull reports, supporting and showing information to other staff members

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Available to start ASAP
