Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has become available to join a well-respected professional services firm located in Sydney, CBD. They are a large international employer seeking to employ an experienced HR Advisor to partner with the business and assist in delivering the HR agenda locally as well as nationally.

Job Responsibility:

Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations by providing HR advice, direction and consultation to the stakeholders
Work on the roll out of strategic HR plans for the Sydney office
Assist in the cyclical probation, performance and remuneration review processes
Assist with graduate and summer clerk programs
Create and execute HR policies and procedures
Partner with the HR Manager and partners across all areas of HR including administration, learning and development plans, change management and HR project management

Requirements:

Experience within a similar role and environment
Outstanding relationship building and influencing skills
Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
