Job Description:

Are you an enthusiastic HR professional looking to make a real difference in a vibrant and innovative environment? We are seeking a highly motivated HR Advisor to join our professional services client in a newly created, stand alone role.

Job Responsibility:

Collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors to enhance communication at every stage of the employee journey
Creating job descriptions and managing recruitment processes via our ATS
Carrying out right to work and other pre-employment checks
Overseeing onboarding and induction processes, ensuring candidates feel welcomed and informed
Conducting regular employee satisfaction surveys and managing the probation processes
Ensuring the appraisals process is followed
Developing training programmes to address skills gaps and promote continuous learning
Managing employee relations matters, ensuring compliance and providing guidance to managers
Working on any ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar HR generalist role, ideally in a standalone position
Experience of managing the full employee life cycle
Excellent communication skills with an open and engaging personality
Strong attention to detail and superb organisational skills
Proactive and diplomatic, with the ability to foster trust across all levels of the organisation
CIPD Level 5
