Job Description:

A respected aviation company seeks an experienced HR Generalist for a 6-month maternity leave cover. Provide HR support across functions, manage the full employee life cycle, deliver HR projects, and drive effective people management practices.

Job Responsibility:

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees across the employee life cycle
Support managers with performance management processes
Advise and assist managers and employees in resolving employee relations issues
Lead and support HR projects
Ensure HR activities comply with relevant legislation and internal policies
Support learning and development initiatives

Requirements:

Proven experience in a generalist HR role
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Solid understanding of HR practices, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and training
Familiarity with HR Information Systems (Workday experience is an advantage)

Nice to have:

Experience within the aviation industry
Workday experience
