Job Description:

HR Partners is delighted to announce its exclusive collaboration with a renowned non-profit global health research organisation. We are currently seeking a committed HR Advisor to join their team in Sydney CBD. This is a 12-month contract position with an immediate start.

Job Responsibility:

Assist the wider HR team in implementing HR initiatives
Act as a reliable resource for managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
Manage performance management and tier 1 employee relation issues
Manage work health and safety matters and incidents, and set up the WHS committee
Off board employees and conduct exit interviews
Assist with various generalist duties as needed

Requirements:

Experience within a similar role and environment
Capability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential
